Not just a job, a career.

So begins my introduction; my name is Joshua Litton, I am 19 years old and have been granted the opportunity of a life time, but more on that later. I attended Guildford Grammar School for 12 years from the age of 4 before going to tafe to study IT, Multimedia and Technical Art. As you can tell I never really had any plans to go into real estate.

I must say being only 4 months into my new job, it certainly has it's ups and downs. From daily banking and mail, dealing with strata management issues, making coffee, reception duties and occaisionally cleaning the boss's fish tank, so far I'm enjoying it.

The office adopted me as one of their own quite quickly, and getting up in the morning is much easier when you know you're going to be dealing with genuine, kind and proffessional people who know exactly what they're talking about. Recently added to my "to do list" is writing and updating blogs for the website, so here I am, and here you are reading the start of what I hope to be an intersting and informative account of my progression in my real estate career.
